OUR Company 

Human Resources Services Motorsport was founded in 2018 with the aim of helping Companies and Teams, operating in the Motorsport sector, to find the right talents to develop and grow their activities. We support organizations in the growth of people.

The HRS Motorsport staff comes from important experiences in the Human Resources field, applying these skills to a specific sector such as Motorsport. 

HRS operates on 3 fundamental aspects related to Human Resources: 

- Support in the search and selection of talents (both for track staff and for company/factory staff) 

- Management in outsourcing staff 

- Training HRS is able to work globally both for the type of profiles we deal with and for the type of sector.

The Italian market is our main reference but we have operational experience in 4 different continents (Europe, Asia, North America and the Middle East).
