Francesca Paoli (RPM VP Network Development) and Riccardo Paterni (RPM co-founder VP Business Development and Manager) have been proud and honored to become board members of the Automotive Women Association  together with the two founders: Monica Zanetti and Laura Tancredi and the other board members: Francesca Paoli, Francesca Cassone, Anna Mangione, Barbara Boni. The association is committed to inspire and make happen women professional growth paths in automotive, motorsport and related technology fields. RPM will take an active role in promoting and devolping such projects.
