During the first week of September, a delegation of representatives from AGH Business School, a prestigious Polish university of technology, along with leading technical figures and automotive industry entrepreneurs in Turkey, visited RPM's operational headquarters at Autopromotec. The purpose of the visit was to develop direct collaboration with companies for B2B activities and implement academic projects with a technological focus on an international scale.
During the trip to Italy, led by Professor Murat Çolak, the delegation had the opportunity to get to know not only the RPM network (roots, present, and future plans) but also some of its member companies, visiting the offices of System Electronics and Novac.
The two training programs
The partnership's goal is ambitious: to create two international MBAs, one of which will be entirely dedicated to technology applied to motorsports. The training programs will have an innovative approach, designed to foster cross-fertilization between academic research, business, and industry, with a specific focus on the needs of the automotive and racing sectors.
An international technology hub
Joint activities will officially begin in February 2026. The project, which will begin in Poland, is intended to expand its reach throughout Europe. The shared intention is to create a true technology hub in neighboring countries, capable of connecting universities, businesses, and professionals.
In this sense, RPM represents a benchmark for both its B2B collaboration method and its ability to build lasting synergies.
New Prospects for RPM
The collaboration with AGH Business School opens up significant opportunities for growth and internationalization for RPM. Through the development of high-level training programs and the creation of an international technology hub, the network will be able to expand its reach beyond Italy, consolidating its role as a model of innovation and cooperation in the motorsports sector.
Confirming the strength of the relationship established, Professor Murat Çolak expressed his sincere gratitude to "the President of this inspiring network, Francesco Sedea, and Vice President and Riccardo Paterni, for their warm welcome and invaluable support." This recognition testifies to the quality of the relationships built and lays the foundation for a partnership destined to generate shared value in the coming years.
