RPM at the Automotive Women Association Gala Dinner: concrete commitment for a more inclusive automotive and motorsport

On February 12th, at the SIM Maranello headquarters, RPM, represented by Riccardo Paterni and Francesca Paoli, attended AWA's self-financing Gala Dinner. This significant event combined networking, discussion, and active support for a project of high social value.

Two Years of AWA: Results and New Perspectives
The evening celebrated AWA's second anniversary, offering the opportunity to share its achievements and present upcoming projects dedicated to women's inclusion and empowerment in the automotive sector.

It was a moment of unity among members, supporters, and partners, with the shared goal of strengthening a path that aims to generate concrete and lasting opportunities.

Guests at the evening included Maranello Mayor Luigi Zironi, Councilor for Equal Opportunities Laura Costi, and Alessandra Campedelli, coach of the Pakistan and Iran national volleyball teams.

Video messages from AWA's pilot friends and opportunities for direct discussion contributed to making the event both engaging and informative.

The SIM Maranello location offered a dynamic and immersive environment, with professional driving simulators that engaged guests in a high-impact experience perfectly in keeping with the automotive world.

RPM's Contribution
Riccardo Paterni and Francesca Paoli, both members of the AWA board, continue to provide ongoing RPM project support to the association, confirming their active and structured presence and making a concrete contribution to the development of a significant project for the sector, supporting a vision of inclusive and responsible growth.
