RPM featured as case study at University of Pisa's International Management for Business and Economics programme

RPM has been represented by Riccardo Paterni at a University of Pisa's seminar focusing on RPM network as a case study of innovative model for networked SMEs business development.

The university programme is an international one involving about 50 students from several countries from technical or economics backgrounds.

The focus has been on the roots of RPM emphasizing the history of the motorsport industry growth mainly in the two key global areas: UK and Italy. The seminar and relevant debate (guided by Professor Riccardo Giannetti and Professor Andrea Dello Sbarba) has highlighted RPM's unique organizational set-up and development outlook within the motorsport industry and technology transfer towards related fields. Opportunities for growth for the network and member companies (leveraging upon internationalisation, innovation and technology transfer) have been debated along with organizational and mindset barriers that need to be overcome to fully embrace such opportunities.

The seminar has once again asserted RPM will to seek and develop concrete university ties. This in order to stimulate dialogue on innovative topics, creating opportunities for internships to fuel RPM development and growth while helping students to be first hand connected to the dynamic, complex realities of today business world.
